Warranty & Replacement Policy

At Powsea New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., we are committed to providing high-quality batteries and reliable after-sales service. Below is our warranty and replacement policy to ensure customer satisfaction.

Situations Covered Under Warranty

If any of the following quality issues occur within the warranty period, the battery is eligible for replacement:

1. Short Circuit

2. Broken Circuit

3. Leakage, including:

   • Injection defects (micro pores, fusion welding cracks, etc.)

   • Heat sealing defects between the battery case and cover

   • Leakage from terminal connections or venting systems

4. Other Manufacturing Defects

If these defects cause losses during inspection or usage, we will replace the defective product and bear related costs.

Situations Not Covered Under Warranty

The following conditions are not covered under our warranty policy:

1. Damaged Battery Label or Warranty Code

2. Reverse Charging

3. Overcharging, leading to battery dry-out or plate failure

4. Undercharging or Overdischarging, resulting in sulfation of plates

5. Damage Due to Human Error, such as:

   • Physical impact (collision, knock, excessive force on terminals)

   • Unauthorized modifications

6. Improper Use, including:

   • Non-starting applications

   • Incorrect vehicle model compatibility

   • Additional electrical loads beyond vehicle specifications

7. Loose Wiring or Terminal Damage, causing ignition or melting

8. Battery Tilt, Fall, or Vent Leakage Due to Overcharging

9. Vehicle-Related Issues, such as:

   • Alternator failure leading to battery damage

10. External Short Circuit, Weak Wiring, or Fire Hazards, leading to battery explosion

11. Expired Warranty
